I'm rather enamoured with the recently opened Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore designed by Hong Kong based Andre Fu of AFSO. Not that I've ever needed an excuse to visit Singapore, but this place (especially the stunning check-in counter!) is certainly good motivation to book a flight sooner rather than later...

Met the GM here the other night...a rather distinguished Italian chap by the name of Giovanni!
It is just that much more impressive in person as Mr. Giovanni puts it - the pictures you see on the website even don't do it justice.
Hot tip - you simply must visit Lantern at the top for drinkies. Lovely pool and it looks straight at the Marina Bay Sands once you come out of the lift. Just beautiful.
