Today I'm loving...

These incredibly chic match-stick strikers from Nina Campbell. I don't smoke, but they would be fab to have handy for lighting candles.

They are pretty. I have some antique ones, which you have prompted me to feature. It's fun to put different coloured matches (the tips) in them, but in humidity of course they lose their striking ability. Just back from HK, and had a wonderful visit. Love the energy and efficiency, but prefer the more genteel way of life here! Still, I have some interests so will be back soon.

Great minds think alike... I was just eyeing those a few weeks ago. So elegant. Too bad the dollar is so weak, otherwise I might buy a few.

Columnist - Yes, HK is very efficient, but a little too much to the point of craziness some times!

Peak - they are lovely...shame on that dollar !

Absolutely fabulous. I much prefer the oval striking spots on these versions than the usual ribbed glass.

Aesthete - they're quite striking, aren't they! ;)
