Bathroom drama

I love the idea of this garden urn being used as a bathroom sink. It is so unexpected, and with the full length curtains, adds so much drama and grandeur to this bathroom. It would also have to be pretty practical, considering it was made to be outside, and stand up to all sorts of weather, and the older it gets the more beautiful it will look.
This image is from a home designed by Susan Ferrier of the firm McAlpine Booth & Ferrier.

  2. I love this, AND the design team of MacAlpine, Booth and Ferrier. My maiden name is Ferrier...wonder if there is any relation? Hmm.

  7. This sink is amazing. It must have been an ingenious feat to plumb. Some plumber is pretty happy with his work. Being a designer I always think of these things. Occupational hazard.

  8. Thanks for the comments everyone. Glad you all liked it as much as I did. It caught my eye right away. And I think I was thinking the same thing as Patricia - I am not a plumber, but I don't even want to know the mess that was caused getting that thing installed!
