Sorry for the lack of posts lately folks, work has been a bit hectic lately. I'm off to sunny Phuket tomorrow for a few days to attend a friend's wedding. I'm hoping to return with fully charged batteries, and plan to return to normal posting next week. While I'm away I'm looking forward to devouring the latest Elle Decor, it looks like a good one judging by the cover.

Enjoy your weekend - just posted some pics of Exmouth on Ningaloo Reef. Not sure if you've ever been up to the North West of WA, but if you want deserted beaches, then that's the place to go!!! Just miles and miles of coastline!

I was in Phuket last October updating the hotels and restaurants for DK's Eyewitness guide to Thailand, as well as researching a new spa spread. I'd love to hear what your favorite spots are on the island.

Lara, we're staying at Le Meridien because of the wedding, and I'm not sure we'll actually leave the hotel, truth be told...but I'll be sure to let you know what we enjoy most!
